About Me
I am formally a teacher who has worked in rural schools for most of my teaching career. I have always had in interest in the use of technology in the classroom as a way to engage and teach students. For the past 8 years I have combined teaching with coaching other teachers in the use of eLearning. Web2 has created a whole new world for teachers and students to create, collaborate, connect and communicate. I am currently working as a regional Project officer to manage a new 1:1 netbook program for students in Grade 5 & 6.

Anne: I'm so happy to know that your students loved that song. I don't know if I shared this 789 video. It is very cool, and you can embed it into a wiki or blog, etc.

Yes I have chosen this one even though this is the less active one at this stage. But this account is the one that I have used to set up the students nings so I think I'll stick with this one.

Hello Anne, I was wondering about the two id's and I guessed which one to use. Anyway, now I know which one is the correct one.

Anne,
Just wanted to wish you a Very Merry Christmas and A Very Happy New Year.

Looks like we are going to have somewhat of a White Christmas. It snowed 6 inches here yesterday and they are predicting more snow on Wednesday. We haven't enjoyed a white Christmas in quite some time.

Enjoy your time off. Looking forward to talking with you in January.

This is Mahgree. He is a Sheltie (Shetland Sheepdog). He'll be 12 in January. As for snow, it just depends. Right now we are getting freezing rain, but they are predicting snow either Sunday or Monday. No predictions on how much.

I just signed up today for Classroom 2.0 at a workshop. I'm anxious to get further into it and play around.

Have a great Holiday season. Let's stay in touch.
Cindi
