Hi Lynne
Thanks for the friend invite. I feel I will have a lot in common with you. I too find many teachers (not necessarily Veteran status) "avoiding" technology. They let students engage in "playing " games on websites and software but really do not try to engage technology as a tool for learning. But once they are shown or helped (as your didgital camera example shows) then they are hooked!

Hello, thank you for the invite. Nice to have a "hands across the pond" association. Then again Web 2.0 is all about flattening classrooms. Hope to hear more from you.
Thanks for the invite. I see you're familiar with tapped in. I used this while getting my masters in Ed Tech from Pepperdine. Wonder if my office still exists?
:)
Good morning L,
A few weeks back, in some Chatter on my page, you had mentioned that you may have some helpful research for my Masters paper. I am still interested in learning more about that.
Have a great day!
John
I am looking forward to transforming my teaching! I attended a conference and listened to Will Richardson speak, wow now I am just trying to catch up! So much information, so little time.

Thanks for your invite. I enjoyed reading about your work with preschoolers and digital cameras.
