Good Morning Jack

I have passed this information on to my Instructional Department Chairperson to determine if he or any of the folks in that department want to pursue this with any of the children in the schools. Thanks for the information!!

Actually, Jack, one school in my district is in the process of putting something like this together now. I'll get back to you when I find out more.

Hi, thanks for your note. My students are in the K-6 level so they are not preparing for the SAT quite yet.

We are not a middle school or high school. We are a K-6 grade building so I don't think we are eligible to participate. I will pass this on to our high school and middle school.

I'm at the elementary level, so I wouldn't have any students.

On visual vocab day, the students dress up to express the definition of his or her chosen word. So, an "unkempt" student might button his shirt askew, etc.

Vocabulary is my favorite! I don't know anyone write now, and I'm in a first grade placement, but next half of the semester I'll move up to a sixth grade language arts placement. If I have time before the March 16th deadline, I'll definitely use that in my classroom.
Thank you so much!
