The power dynamic in my district are the parents.

The parent is an essential part of the school, because without the students parents there wouldn't be any students for teachers to teach. The essence is get the parent involved more in the classroom and the parent will be able to see and understand why any changes are needed and necessary.

Tell me how you feel about it!!!!

The power I believe is equally divided among parents and students. They both have dynamic power in the education system. We need both of them to be involved in the community. They help get others involved. They are the catalyst for change in and around the community. They help get things done in the community and in the school system. We all play an important role in the school system. In order to impact our world we must depend on each other.
