ipad ideas

I really want to begin exploring the possible uses in the classroom for then new ipad. I pitched the idea to a central administration person in my district who has a little money for ideas like this. He countered by saying he needs something a little more concrete, than my original idea of "playing."

Does anyone have more "concrete" ideas for the ipad that they are currently doing or have in mind?
