There comes a time in every teacher's life when you have to look at what you are doing and realize it is the best you can do.  I have been dealing with anxiety and stress to no end while completing this program while teaching.  I recently had an epiphany.  In order to meet the needs of my students, I must first make sure my mind are body are getting their needs met.  On the days which I realize this, my teaching success goes up.  Days which I forget this...well we all know what those days feel like.  So to anyone who actually reads this, take a break, relax and realize you are great and everyone else thinks so too!

This is so true.  Teaching is such a demanding profession. If we don't take time out for ourselves, go to the gym, balance the time with hobbies, I find that I lack energy that I need to be an enthusiatic teacher.  Our enthusiasm is contagious.  It helps make our teaching more rewarding.
