Barriers to technology integration: Hello! It's NOT always the teacher!

Here is just one the examples from the "Problems and Shortcomings" section of her thesis:

"The “right click” function is disabled (it is also disabled for teachers, too). This made the copying and pasting of pictures and information more difficult."
