Another Great Song to Share - Our Lives by The Calling

Here's another great song to consider sharing with your students (if the video doesn't load the first time try refreshing this page):

This song, Our Lives by The Calling, has an axcellent message for our young people. As I have recommended with songs before, try playing it for your students as a Do Now/Bell Ringer activity. Ask your students to listen to the song and to then determine how the lyrics can relate to their lives. Have them listen, write a short reflection, and then share with the class. Use this opportunity to encourage them to make the most of their lives. Try to tie this into their academic lives. Help them see how making the most of their time in school will help them make the most of their lives.
