A sample poem to depict a daily life of sav students

My day as a student

Wake up at six
Wash hands and face,
Drink a cup of tea
And play with the mess.

When sun comes up
Mom calls for meal
Have rice with soup
Then run to school.

School is temple
Wisdom is praised,
Teachers are respected
For their aid.

School bell rings
Assemble in the ground,
Pray for the good day
Polite, happy and sound.

Learn many subjects
Languages, science and math,
Social studies, moral science
Lead to follow right path.

Little time to play
With pieces of stone,
Lack some play things
Where’re toys for children?
Blocks, riddles, puzzles
Make children clever,
Always want to buy them
I have money never.

Father works in the fields
Mother prepares meal,
Oh, Lord! Empower me
Life is such a deal.

What a wonderful poem to share. It brings the challenges that you and your students face, real. This is a good site to be sharing as well. I am sorry I have not replied but I have been so busy again. Now, my students have exams this week and next and reports then need to be written. How are things with you? Do you have holidays soon?
