Attending the Technology Education Conference in Colorado

I had a wonderful experience attending my first education technology conference. As I sat and listened to the keynote speaker, Will Richardson, I could not help but think how I am impacting the lives of students for the future in the workplace. Also, my own children! There is SO much out there that is being done, with regard to integrating technology into classroom instruction. I feel like I have not done near enough to create and provide opportunties for our students to bridge such a huge digital divide. Many of the children we serve are just now beginning to gain access to the worldwide web. My goal is to become much more savvy to creating these opportunities. It will certainly be another goal to provide opps for our staff so they can pass this knowledge to their students!
