Inclusive classrooms

In school right now, all of our professors are pushing inclusion and saying it is really the only way to go. How many of you have inclusion classrooms and what do you think about them? Does anyone not believe in inclusion? What types of things make inclusion work/not work? If anyone has any ideas, leave some comments!

Setting up the room

As a teacher candidate, there are many things that I worry about during my first year of teaching. One main one is how do you go about setting up a classroom and establishing a routine that works? How do you start on the first day of school? If anyone has any specific things that they think worked really well on their first day of school (or first couple days), please comment and let me know!
