Cost of Government Day

Yesterday was 'Cost of Government Day'. That's how many days the average workers works to pay off the total costs of federal, state and local government. Last year it was July 19th. In 2007, it was July 11. This year, it's 25 days later. Last year it was only 6 days later. I can't wait to see next year, with bailouts and more bailouts.
