- I teach HS Family and Consumer Science a comprehensive program with courses ranging from career exploration to traditional Food and Nutrition, Hospitality, Child Development etc. I hold a M.Ed in foundation of Ed. I work a lot with the Critical Skills model and project based, hands-on activities. I am trying to get more reflective (measurable) responses. I think the tools from technology will really get the kids engaged in the whole process. So I am taking this class and thats where I'm at.
