- I am currently a district program specialist working in the department of special services . I have been in my current position for over three years now, and I enjoy the fast pace and constant challenges that it presents. I am very interested in utilizing technology to enhance curriculum and boost student achievement. I truly believe that we have just left the starting gate in terms of technology in education, and how it will ultimately change the way of how we do business. Although high stakes testing and budget issues continue to be a major hurdle for educator's, I believe that this may be the most exiting age that education has ever seen and am excited to be able to be a part of the dialogue.
