I am the Director of Admissions at a cultural exchange and study program based in Shanghai that provides opportunities for American and International high school students to learn more about China - its people, culture and language.
I really enjoy incorporating technology into educational environments whether that be in the classroom, administrators' meeting or parent conference - the possibilities are endless.
My interest in China started as an undergraduate and has blossomed into a career and life in Shanghai. I speak fluent Mandarin and have taught English and worked for Johns Hopkins Center For Talented Youth. I enjoy the field of cultural exchange and education and hope to inspire more students to turn their attention towards China and the myriad of opportunities it presents.
I have N'awlins and 'Hoosier' roots but have been to lots of places in the US and around the globe so feel free to start a conversation!
