- After teaching for 32 years, I am now a writer/screenwriter of stories for students, teachers and parents. My latest novel, The Fat Boy Chronicles, will be released nationwide this July. Schools are very excited to use the book to help create discussion about bullying and obesity. The movie version will be premiere in May in Charlotte NC.
