- I got my undergraduate degree in Electircal Engineering 25 years ago, worked a couple of years in EE, became a Domestic Engineer to raise a family, had 7 kids, and I'm toward the end of getting them raised. I am 50 years old and in a Fifth year program at UAB for Secondary Math and I would classify myself as a math geek. I love HS kids and feel out of touch with my real age when I'm with them. I feel I have a unique perspective to bring to the classroom.
