Profile Information

About Me: I graduated from Ball State University in December 2008 with my degree in elementary education. Currently, I am working as an Instructional Assistant at Orchard Park Elementary, and I love it. However, my true passion lies in teaching, and I cannot wait to have my own classroom. As an IA, I have been doing a lot of work with kindergarten and first grade leading me to see how much I love working with these young minds. Perhaps one day I will get the opportunity to teach one of these grades. :o)

This summer, I plan to again work at Camp Isanogel's Day Camp for children with Autism in Muncie, Indiana. Last summer I taught science there and had a great time. Working with these students was a valuable, unique, and wonderful learning experience. I cannot wait to see what they will teach me this summer!!!
