About Me: LaSharndra was able to tap into the experiences, emotions, and insecurities of others through writing at the age of ten. Of course, writing grew into a tremendous challenge by the time she was 18 and enthralled by her mentor and professor’s ability to wiggle in and out of the wit and sarcasm of words at Boston University, where she studied English Literature. After graduation LaSharndra, she worked the kinks out, shook off the rejection of short story fiction and leap into the arms of introspective poetry via Leadership.
Upon creating the “Growing On” company where she utilizes her inspirational poetry, short paragraphs, and “Writing That Fits’ combined with Leadership skills to present to her audiences a powerful ‘banging your head against the wall’ presentation for emerging Leaders who want to make their staff smarter or motivate them to grow on.
She now finds herself on a great journey, consistently writing poetry for those who want to prepare purposely, proceed positively and pursue persistently in life in a Leadership kind of way
