Profile Information

About Me: I am taking this next year off of teaching in order to care full time for two young siblings with special needs. We have four foster children [1 month old, 1 1/2 yrs, 2 1/2 yrs, 13 yrs old] and 5 biological children from our blended family ranging in ages from 15yrs old to 28 years old.

I thoroughly enjoy the online learning environment and believe this is the future of education. From my experience with some online learning classes for my high school students, I also believe that there are well developed courses which require higher thinking skills and indepth knowledge however there are some programs which just require seat time.

Not only would I like to teach in the online learning environment but I am excited about learning how to develop these courses to enhance the learning of the students.
