- I've always been an advocate for children and while my career has been primarily in publishing, for the last 10 years, I've worked in educational publishing. It's been eye-opening and heart-breaking as the new film "Waiting for Superman" so clearly points out. I've also had the privilege of watching and supporting my two grandsons' early academic efforts. Their success and the success of all children matters to me. I think technology is key and I want to be part of the discussion.
