- I have a BA in English Literature from UCLA, two awesome boys in college - one at UC San Diego and the other at UC Santa Cruz. I have two dogs, one rabbit, and three fire belly toads. My role models are my grandmothers, one is no longer alive, but she owned the San Bernardino Sun and worked until she was in her 80's - even after she sold it. My other grandma is 93 and is still going strong. She reinvented herself and became a published poet at 60.
