- Former Bell Labs Systems Engineer. Teaching Math for 6 years. Our official curriculum is CorePlus, but the students would rather do ALEKS and one challenging problem a day on the board - where I don't give the answer. They do not get much from lectures, usually. I also teach a college level Calculus class for university credit - very traditional course, but motivated students who have just been introduced to WA, and Don Small's College Algebra in a class officially called PreCalc (they like the challenging problems and the fact that I don't lecture in that class).
