- This year I am a TOSA (Teacher on Special Assignment) with Saint Paul Public Schools. My current position is a consultant tecaher in our new PAR (Peer Assistance and Review) program. I mentor, supervise, and evaluate new teachers in our district. I have 15 years of teaching experience in grades K-12. I recently completed my doctorate degree in curriculum and instruction and work part time for Capella University. I also teach professional development courses through in my district.
