Work experience involved attending workshops, conference or internal training programs for succession management in the agency, including why it is important and how it will benefit my employer and senior staff. Additionally, I have been continuously involved and committed to researching, suggesting, and sharing resources for senior management. This involved succession planning, serving on a strategic planning committee, accomplishing organizational goals by implementing benchmarks for organizational/operational goals.
Proficient in using technology, currently we use Kronos as a HRMS. In the past I learned how to use PeopleSoft and IPS 5-10 Automated System for HR Management. Currently in second job I teach online which means I must now how to use Course Management systems i.e., Angel, Blackboard, Desire2Learn, Manhattan and WebCt. Again these are CMS or LMS. Skilled in utilizing HTML, Microsoft Office and Micro Project Management software.
