David L. Stoloff is a Professor in the Education Department and Director of the Center for Educational Excellence (CEE) at Eastern Connecticut State University. In his 27th year as a faculty member in teacher education programs at Eastern CSU, Sonoma (CA) State University, Cal. State, LA, and SUNY, Plattsburgh, Dr. Stoloff teaches courses in educational technology and liberal arts colloquium in world religions. He started his professional career as a Peace Corps volunteer teacher in Zaire, followed by years teaching high school sciences and mathematics in Israel and in Long Beach, CA. He earned a Ph.D. in Comparative and International Education from UCLA, a MS in Educational Technology from Concordia University in Montreal, and a BS in Biology and Secondary Certification from SUNY, Brockport. David is a member of the board of directors of the Connecticut Educators Computer Association (CECA) and regularly presents on educational technology and state and national conferences.
