About Me
David Boin received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Riverside and a secondary teaching credential from UCLA. His graduate studies include Educational Product Development and Educational Television production at UCLA.

David wrote and published "Edu Game - a series of simulation games distributed nation-wide. He was an Instructor with Teacher Development and Support and the Teacher Training Academy. David was a teacher with the Los Angeles Unified School District for over 40 years, teaching Language Arts, Social Science, Drama, and Technology on the Secondary level. He was a seven-year participant and instructor at the Teach the Teachers Collaborative in Ojai, California where he developed an award-winning WebQuest.

David also designs multi-media presentations and professional development courses for the District Intern Program. He develops and teaches face-to-face and online classes for school-site professional development workshops and district-wide technology courses for state credential requirements.

He is the founder and facilitator for Ed Tech Workshops, a new company that provides technology integration for educators. Ed Tech Workshops designs professional development courses and workshops online and face-to-face.

With your work in Education Technology integration, I recommend you take a look at Wiziq's virtual classroom and authorstream's power point presentation platform. Both are web based platforms, have a bunch of features and free basic service.
