- I am a "new again" FACS teacher after being home with my children for the past 9 years. I'm hoping to connect with other Family and Consumer Science Instructors who teach at the High School level and would love exchanging ideas, lesson plans, resources, etc. Prior to being a SAHM I taught FACS for 8 years and worked as an Extension Educator for K-State Research & Extension for 5 years.
