- I have been teaching for thirteen years as a high school social studies teacher. I worked in a private school the entire time, but I recently was hired by a public charter school to teach high school social studies. I believe I have an engaging classroom and I have utilized the internet extensively for my classes, but I have not ventured into the realm of collaborative tools online. So I am looking forward to learning and using these tools to further enhance my teaching.
