- My name is Chelsea and I am an ETS... An Employment Training Specialist or a Job Coach. I work at A New Leaf in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. We provide employment for the developmentally disabled, life skills classes and before and after care for our individuals. We have facilitate a greenhouse and also provide horticultural therapy for those who do not work out in the community at our community sites. I LOVE MY JOB!
