About Me: I am excited about using Wiziq & Classroom 2.0 for two projects. I hope that I will be allowed to join the group and learn while working on the two projects using WIziq -

Developing an online training & education resource for family caregivers. As a family caregiver to a parent with a cognitive impairment I was not prepared and learned by trial and error - after 7 years of successful caregiving & advocacy I have been wishing to start a site for others who are starting out - whether they are caring for a spouse, parent, child, or other family member there are few resources that are practical and can teach them about practical caregiving, research, navigating the healthcare system, and other subjects.

I have also begun to work on a citizen's academy in my community - and due to the economy was looking to create a virtual classroom in partnership with city staff and service groups
