I Audrey! I am the President of MAMSE, Michigan Association of Middle School Educators, the Affiliate of NMSA, National Association of Middle School Educators. I don't know if you have given any thought to middle level education. I just returned the NMSA conference in Denver where I had the pleasure of attending a session run by Steve Hargadon...yep, this site! There is a middle level affiliate in Florida and I would encourage you to check them out. They have a conference which wil take place in Sarasota in June. Networking...so important! www.flms.org and www.NMSA I ended up "in the middle" by accident and have stayed for 20+ years. I love it! Keep me "posted!" P.S. I went to a small Liberal Arts college for my under graduate work, too!

People with degrees from Liberal Art programs go on to become everything. From Lawyers to Social Workers, from Teachers to Urban Planners. Some even go into the medical feild, Journalism, or even Politics. What is it that you do that when your doing it, you don't view it as a chore or a responsibility but a privilege and and honor to do? Ask yourself these things.

Hi, Audrey. Glad to have you here at CR 2.0.

I received a complaint about the TSTC video, and after listening to it agreed that the language wasn't appropriate for an educator network. Since it was am embedded YouTube video, I went ahead and deleted it--knowing that you'd just embedded it and my deleting it here wouldn't actually be removing an original,

We haven't had to have a strict policy on media here, since something like this has rarely come up. Because we have both educators and students looking at CR 2.0 as an example of the positive uses of social network for education and professional development, maybe it would make sense to develop some guidelines. In the meantime, I hope you'll understand my intentions.
