This is my positive behavior system.  My school's three Eagle Expectations are: Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Do Your Personal Best.  When students are exhibiting these traits, they can earn SOAR sticks.  Each Monday, students set a goal for how many sticks they want to earn that week.  On Fridays, they "cash" their sticks in for Friday Fun rewards.  As a group, the students and I decided on the rewards, which include pencils, candy, use the laptops and SmartBoard, sit in my chair, sit by a friend, lunch with me, etc. There is a purple "x" that may be given if a student has had several redirections with their behavior.  This "x" cancels out one SOAR stick.
