Windows Lab for CLHS in Monterey Jan 14-17

Hi, all. I'm writing on behalf of the California League of High Schools, a non-profit membership-based educational organization. We are in need of a Windows lab (25 laptops would be ideal) for our annual conference in Monterey this January 15-17 (and would need to setup sometime on the 14th). I know some of you are from the area (and some of you will be presenting at the event) and I hope you might be able to help - or perhaps point me toward someone who might.
