What kind of supplemental materials are needed for your classroom or curriculum?

What types of supplemental teaching materials (resource books, displays, games, manipulatives, etc.) are needed to promote student learning in your classroom? As the owner of an educational publishing company and teaching supply store, I am interested to know what materials are most needed in today's classroom.
