Virtual Lit. Circles

I am really looking forward to starting virtual literature cirlces with my students. However, there are many families in our school who do not have internet access at home. The point of them is that the students can communicate at home with each other about their novels. Do I set it up anyway and have the students who do not have access try to go to a friend's house, neighbor, or library? Is that rude?
