template on server with shared folder vs template on Google Docs/Forms

Could anyone address the pros and cons having an elaborate RTI behavior template on our school server with shared folder for teachers who could access it via our school web page VS using google docs or forms for the template. We would like the template accessible to teachers, then their input, and save the documents. Thanks.
