Suggestions for Helping Schools Create Conditions Essential For Creating Powerful Uses of Technology

I'm putting together a tool to help schools determine if they have the conditions essential for meeting the National Educational Technology Standards using ISTE's "Essential Conditions for Success' guidelines. I would love your help in creating a more robust tool we can all use. The tool lists the conditions (there's a tab for administrators and another for teachers) and has a place for schools to indicate how they have met or plan to meet the condition. I also have a column that has suggestions for meeting this condition and this is where I'd love to draw on the expertise of this community. The document resides at this link.

The conditions include:
Shared Vision, Empowered Leaders, Implementation Planning, Consistent and Adequate Funding, Equitable Access, Skilled Personnel, Ongoing Professional Learning, Technical Support, Curriculum Framework, Student-Centered Learning, Assessment and Evaluation, Engaged Communities, Support Policies, Supportive External Context

The conditions are elaborated upon in the document and are different for teachers and administrators. If you have suggestions for meeting those conditions, please share them on the Google document.
