Substitutes

I am going to be taking a leave for about 3 weeks. What is the best way to write lesson plans for a long term sub? Any suggestions?

I find that the best way is to be very specific. Write your plans the way that you would want someone to write for you. Since you are going to be out for three weeks, I would recommend having hard copies and electronic copies. Another tip is to talk to your long term sub and find out how specific you need to be and what they are comfortable doing on their own.
