MILK AND COOKIES THEORY OF TECHNOLOGY
What goes better with a glass of milk then some cookies?

The Milk and Cookies Theory of Technology is a framework of starting with a technology tool (SMARTBoard) and then find a web based tool to integrae seemlessly with it into the currculum. Discovery Education Streaming Videos (United Streaming)
is a great Example of this. I recently had a conversation and shared emails with Steve Dembo, from Discovery, who got really excited about this idea of Milk and Cookies. Just giving teachers a SMART Board is great, but combine that with streaming videos and a whole new world of instructional integration opens up. Kind of reminds me of that children's book...If you give a Mouse a Cookie....
