Planning a School Innovation Fair

Hi, I'm collaborating with a team of teachers in an elementary school to plan an innovation/technology fair. The goal of the fair is to showcase how teachers and students are using innovative practice to transform teaching and learning. I'm curious if anyone knows of any resources or articles that might help us through the planning process. Ideally, I'm looking for a case study that might provide us with some tips and techniques for creating a successful fair. Any ideas, links, etc. would be much appreciated.
