Overseas Spanish Speaking Skype Partner

Hello,

I am in need of a class in Spain, Puerto Rico, South America - anywhere but the US that speaks Spanish.  I have a teacher who would like to connect to a class and work on speaking and grammar.  We are also interested in using Moodle - so if anyone out there is interested please let me know!  The main need if for a Spanish speaking class overseas that will be willing to Skype with High School Students!!!
