Need input on draft of letter of intent

We are a group of teachers at San Fernando Middle School who, in response to our school being designated a Focus School in LAUSD's Public School Choice Program, have decided to write the required letter of intent to show our desire to create a new Pilot School called the Multimedia Academy. I am looking for outside, objective educators to comment and contribute ideas to our draft.

The draft is due to LAUSD Superintendent Cortines by 5 pm PST on Monday, 11/16/09.
