Kinder Math: Numbers/Number Sense; Computation

I am very familiar with Common Core standards...so please don't give me the "perfect teacher" answer...

I am wondering, as a Kinder teacher, what are THE MOST important skills that a student should know, as it relates to numbers/number sense and computation?  If you could give a short description of how you could teach this skill, this would be helpful as well!
