Job Hunt Ideas for Educators

I'm not sure what's happening around the globe, but the unemployment crises has made its way to the NYC Dept of Ed and I'm getting contacted often for feedback, leads and advice from friends and colleagues looking for new positions. While I don't consider myself an expert in the area by any means, I put together a post called Five ideas for Innovative Educators On The Job Hunt . I'd love to get more ideas from all of you and link it from my post. So, I ask each of you to please share your tips for innovative educators looking for a job. I'm not looking for the standard feedback. I'm looking for the type of innovative feedback you could only get from Classroom 2.0 members.
