iTouch in Gifted Classrooms

I just purchased 15 iTouches for my 5th Grade GT students. There was a window of opportunity within my district so I took it and now I am looking for ways to make it work. Any ideas, especially how different schools/districts set up a purchasing account for the apps.

I would appreciate any help.
