Full Session Description (as long as you would like):  This session will discuss the design of Silveri Service Learning Academy, a 6-12 charter high school in the Atlanta Metro Area scheduled to open in 2014.  Co-founded by Shekema Silveri, Georgia's 2011 Milken Educator, Silveri Service Learning Academy's vision is to become an international school of excellence by training our nation's next generation of educators through the newest advances in digital literacy and by promoting global citizenship through teaching as a profession.

Please join us as we share our theoretical perspectives and walk you through our planning and programmatic design process.

This looks really interesting, but could use some more detail on what the school philosophy/pedagogy is--both to make it attractive to potential attendees and to make sure it fits the "learning 2.0" concepts.
