Greetings from the Garden State!

My name is Maria Pazlopez.  I teach Communications (public speaking) to over 400 5^th and 6^th grade students in a public middle school located in central New Jersey.  My location offers many exciting opportunities since I am very close to a major university (Princeton U.) and two major cities, New York and Philadelphia.  Public speaking is a passion of mine and I had the privilege of developing this curriculum with a couple of colleagues about six years.  I am currently learning about Web 2.0 tools so I can increase my proficiency with technology and help my students gain greater competency with 21^st century skills.
