Good Observation over Some Computer Users

Hey guys,
I have one observation over some computer users. What would they do while their computer got damage or virus infected or something else? It is obvious that they are taking help from their expert friends, regarding to friends’ suggestion they are trying to repair it by their own. Still it is not working fine. Then they are surfing for the same errors on the web, download e-books, participate on forums and online communities, download and install various anti viruses and registry cleaners. Still found not any solution, and then at last they call the expert and paid him a lot.

While doing these entire things they might be think that it may be great if I know how to repair computer.
