Gifted Students and Total Inclusion

I am wondering how many of you are involved with a total inclusion school AND a gifted coordinator?  I'd like to know what you are doing, how you coach teachers, and are you differentiating with all students or just the advanced learners?  I wrote last summer regarding co-teaching and inclusion.  I have now been assigned a g/t coordinator position for next which I did for four years ending 2004.  I will be expected to coach teachers, differentiate curriculum for g/t students, and plan to include SEM and an Enrichment Fair. 

This year's co-teaching experience was not what I would consider to be positive.  I am not going to get into that here, but would be happy to share over private email rather than a public forum.

Any feedback I can get on inclusion and gifted would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks
